I'm not sure how to set goals for the current template. Our weight will be all over the place as we change set and rep schemes. I suppose we can measure along 9 week periods - we should be stronger the second time we hit a particular set and rep range than the first. How does that figure into relative weights between 6x2, 4x3 and 3x8 for the core lifts?
